Shipping Policy

Processing time. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Domestic shipping (United States). All orders ship with tracking. Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout; typical delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International shipping. Where available, international rates are calculated at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Packaging. Every card ships protected: graded slabs in protective sleeves with rigid padding, raw singles in sleeves and top loaders, in bubble mailers or boxes appropriate to the order value.

Mystery packs. The graded slab revealed in your mystery pack ships to the address provided at checkout, with the same protection and processing times as any other order.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at help@luckyvault.us with your order number and we will make it right.
